MEDIA CENTER QUESTIONS

HI, I REFORMATTED MY GATEWAY COMPUTER AND NOW I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY GETTING
MANY THINGS TO WORK CORRECTLY. NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK ON HELP ON
INTERNET EXPLORER. I DON'T THINK MY ACTIVE X IS WORKING PROPERLY. CAN
ANYONE HELP PLEASE?

Can you turn off Caps-Lock and describe exactly how you got into the
situation you are now in? Only you can see your system and only you know
what you have tried so far and how you got to that point.

When you "reformatted", did you download the latest hardware drivers,
patches and reinstall your antivirus and antispyware software so that you
could reinstall them before reconnecting to the Internet? (Not to mention
making sure your firewall was turned on before that point as well..?)

What service pack level are you at when you finish your "reformat"?
