Media Center Background

I've seen an underwater type background in a few places for the Windows Media
Center. Does anyone know how to change the background to this? Thanks.

That’s from a video, it's not a background.

When you play a movie in media center it shows through the back when you go
to the main menu if you haven't stopped the movie.
