Measuring performance of disabled services

The following events appear in application log while
Terminal services are deinstalled and Server service is
disabled:

Event ID 47:
WMI ADAP was unable to retrieve data from the PerfLib
subkey:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Performance\L
ibrary, error code: 0x80041009

Event ID 2004:
Unable to open the Server service. Server performance
data will not be returned. Error code returned is in data
DWORD 0.

How to avoid this events in the log? Please help.

why disable the server service? Its core to a lot of W2K.
