That's alot of viruses !
Depending upon the number of different infectors and the type that they are, your PC *may*
not be salvageable and you *may* have to wipe it and re-install the OS from scratch.
Download MULTI_AV.EXE from the URL --

It is a self-extracting ZIP file that contains the Kixtart Script Interpreter {
http://kixtart.org Kixtart is CareWare } 4 batch files, 6 Kixtart scripts, one Link
(.LNK) file, a PDF instruction file and two utilities; UNZIP.EXE and WGET.EXE. It will
simplify the process of using; Sophos, Trend, Kaspersky and McAfee Anti Virus Command
Line Scanners to remove viruses, Trojans and various other malware.
C:\AV-CLS\StartMenu.BAT -- { or Double-click on 'Start Menu' in C:\AV-CLS}
This will bring up the initial menu of choices and should be executed in Normal Mode.
This way all the components can be downloaded from each AV vendor's web site.
The choices are; Sophos, Trend, McAfee, Kaspersky, Exit this menu and Reboot the PC.
You can choose to go to each menu item and just download the needed files or you can
download the files and perform a scan in Normal Mode. Once you have downloaded the files
needed for each scanner you want to use, you should reboot the PC into Safe Mode [F8 key
during boot] and re-run the menu again and choose which scanner you want to run in Safe
Mode. It is suggested to run the scanners in both Safe Mode and Normal Mode.
When the menu is displayed hitting 'H' or 'h' will bring up a more comprehensive PDF help

secure your PC.

Get a friend or someone that understands computers to Wipe and reinstall
your computer from scratch. With that many "viruses" you are not going
to be able to ensure that it's clean, at least not anything I would sign
my name on.
After they get it clean have them load a quality AV software on it, even
a free one, then FireFox and ThunderBird, then have them setup a Limited
User account for you to run as normally, then have them teach you about
security on the Net.
If you run the AV products to "clean" your computer, with that many
viruses, you are very unlikely to fully clean the system.

If your machine is stable enough, try this site:

You can download and install AVG free version or others, but running viruses
may corrupt or interfere with the install.
As noted elsewhere, you may be best off wiping and reinstalling XP, followed
immediately by an install of AVG.
Another approach is to remove the hard disk from your machine, install it as
a slave or external drive to another system that has known-good antivirus
software, and scan it there. This approach can work better - that is,
faster and more effectively - as it doesn't have to shut down running
viruses first.
