Mean to record key registers added and changed by MSI installation

Is there a mean to record key registers added and changed by MSI
installation ?
If yes, which one ?

A log can be produced, it might be difficult to decode but that's where the
changes are listed. It won't record everything anyway - some registry changes
are the result of COM registration, for example. There are tools that track this
stuff, 3rd party registry monitors. RegMon from SysInternals can be really
useful.
