Me Dialer on XP?

I can't quite get the Me* Dialer.exe to run in XP.

Do you know how?

I copy of your reply to <[email protected]> would be greatly
appreciated since my access to newsgroup is greatly restricted.

and click the OK button?

Thanks for the question. It allows me to clarify.

Doing what you suggest brings up the (very different) XP dialer.
