i got a database application going but i cant make it into a MDE, i can do
it for others i have got but not this particular one i am working on
it has subforms on it i am wondering to whether this is the cause of it not
being able to convert into a MDE

Which Access version are you using?

Which Access file version was the database (MDB file) created in?

In Access 2002, the default file format is Access 2000 file format but if
you want to create an MDE using A2002 software, you need to convert the MDB
to A2002 file format first before you can convert the
Access-2002-file-format MDB into an MDE file.

Make sure you can compile all of the code. If you have compile errors, an MDE
file cannot be created.
