MDE Question

I am having problems accessing the tables in my .mde application. It says
that the data folder is not valid. How can I make sure that the mde reads the
data.mdb file to access the tables?

I have three mdb files. One is a Data File that contains the actual data for
the database. Then a main mdb file which contains all of my forms and
reports. The main mdb reads info from the data file. By changing the mdb
extenstion to mde. I have my mde application.

My problem is that the main mdb is not reading the info from the data file
and giving me an unrecognized format error. Can you help me out?
