You can't open Jet/Access files (.mdb) on a Pocket PC device. Pocket PC has
a limited companion format called Pocket Access (.cdb) however this is not
natively supported within .NET Compact Framework. Alternatively you can use
Sql Server CE, or other third-party database providers.
