Mdac autoinstall

How can I create an autoinstall package for MDAC? I have
tried to use ghost, however has failed.

I seem to recollect that I used a installer app last time I did this, to
install from a cd.
If you use an installer app, and depending on version of the app, they are
capable of detecting the version installed and thus installing only if
required.
How you proceed may depend on why/reason for the auto install
