mcupdate.exe errors popping up every day

The JIT debugger pops up at least once a day with the following error:

An unhandled exception ('System.NullReferenceException') occurred in
mcupdate.exe [5776].

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? TIA

Hi,

Did you enable script debugging in the advanced properties of Internet
Options? Normally this is disabled by default.
