McAfee Virus Scan Install problems and poss blaster worm

I am attempting to download McAfee virus scan & firewall from their site but the download collapses just after half was giving no reason for failure. It just advises 'system errors' please reboot and start again. Any advice?

Download and run this spyware removal tool:

Consider purchasing a good Internet Security program,
such as Symantec's Norton Internet Security 2004.
