We got new Dell D610 laptops in my office, and as soon as the computer
boots up it crashes.

CPU Info:

Processor: Intel Pentium M
Speed: 2.00GHz
Ram: 797MHz, 1.99GB of RAM
OS: WinXP SP2 (Fully Updated)

Error: the instruction at "0x12029f77" referenced memory at
"0x00000008". The memory could not be "read"

I can't find any data that solves this issue, and so I am asking for
assitance here, any ideas?

Dump McAfee v4.5.1 Sp1. It is extremely "old" since McAfee now has version 10
out.

I also had a lot of problems with McAfee v4.5.1 SP1 and everything 'seemed' to
be fixed when I dumped it (for eTrust Anti-Virus.)
