McAfee & Registry Mechanic?

.... about 6 weeks ago I downloaded/installed Registry Mechanic and the next
time I did a system scan
with VirusScan v6.0(with the latest definitions) it said that the file
"regmech.exe" was infected with the Gaobot virus so I deleted it. Is there
a conflict between McAfee and Registry Mechanic?

We used to have a false positive with dats 4368 or so and 4369 fixed it.
please confirm your dat version.

What fiile was it found in might be another false positive but no comments
on our forums yet.
