McAfee detected Adware and quarantined the rundll32.exe file

Security software detected and quarantined XP's
rundll32.exe file that was found within Adware. Computer
runs slower and sometimes the computer can't exit
applications. How can I restore this file?
 
start/run
type in msconfig
hit enter
click "expand file"
file to restore....rundll32.exe
restore from.......XP CD
save file in... C:windows/system32 folder
