Thank you for posting.
I understand that when you installed MBSA, the system failed to register
serversecure.dll and xmldb.dll.
We can use the following steps to register the dll files:
1. Click Start, click Run, type "cmd" (without the quotation marks), and
click OK.
2. Type the following commands and press Enter of each line. (Assuming MBSA
is installed in 'C:\Program files\Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer'
folder)
a) CD C:\Program files\Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer
b) regsvr32 ServerSecure.dll
c) regsvr32 XMLDB.DLL
Check whether the issue still occurs now.
