MB Upgrade Advice

Looking for a no-brainer(cheap!) Socket A mb swap for a Gateway 600E
desktop.
Any recommendations? I already have an Athlon XP 1800, 768mb of DDR3200 400
mz ram, ATI Radeon 9250 8x AGP card and a couple 40gb ATA100 hd's. The mb
would have to have the minimum features:
FSB 333-400mz
AGP 8x
onboard LAN and sound
ATA100, 133 IDE
USB 2.0 (Firewire would be nice too)
Most of the mb's I've seen with these features (Gigabyte, ASUS, etc) have
been in the
$35 - $50(my limit on a PC this old) dollar range. . .
Any recommendations would be most welcome!

I've been using a Biostar M7NCD for a couple of years and find very little
to fault with it. I think it meets your specs, including the 8x AGP, with
the exception that it's $52.50 before $4 shipping from Newegg.com . It's
been very stable. I also put another computer together about the same time
withi it that's been running reliably at school.
