well, this probably isnt the best place to ask this question.. but i
figured i'd give it a shot...

arlight, well i have an image that i resized (smaller, not larger) to
make it fit the way i wanted to on top of another image... now the 1st
image comes out pixelated when placed on top of the second image, but
crystal clear when it is bye itself, is there a reason for this?

if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to ask in a poto editing group.

The resize algorithm must cut out data. Some methods trade off speed
for picture quality. If you got a poor quality image, i suspect that
the software you're using is substandard, or just set up improperly for
what you want to do.
