May I use one printer for envelopes and one for letters in Word?

I would like to use one printer for letters and another printer for envelopes
using the address of the letter. Currently I am able to do this but only
after ruining an envelope or two. Is there a way to select a different
printer for envelopes?

Not easily. See http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm for a method of
switching printers.
You will find it easier to arrange if you use an envelope template (some
samples for download from my web site) rather than the envelope/label
wizard.
