Never heard of it, did you ask in their forum? Ooops, that's not
really a forum, they want you to install an unsigned program in order
to do IRC with them. I think I'll pass.

Maxthon is a shell which uses the IE engine. If 128 bit encryption is
enabled in IE, it will be with Maxthon/MyIE2.
