Maximum Size Pivot Table

I have a pivot table set up, reporting on a data table made up of almost
12,000 rows of data. The pivot table has been working fine.

Today I added more data to the data table, now bringing it to 11,990 rows.
However, my Pivot table does pick up data below row 11,923.

I have checked the range for the data in the pivot table and it is set to
pick up data down to row 20,000.

Is there a maximum number of rows of data that you can analyse with a pivot
table or is there another possible reason for this problem ?

Any help, much appreciated.

On Excel 2003 (and I guess Excel 2007 as well), the limit is the maximum
possible number of rows, so it must be something else. Do you have any blank
row in the range? Have you done a Refresh? Anything special on row 11,923 or
11,924?

What you may try as well is to take the whole range and copy it to a new
sheet and see whether you have the same behavior. Last idea, if your data are
not confidential or if you can remove what you prefer not to share, you can
post you file at http://www.mediafire.com (free and no registration required)
and post the link here.
