Maximum Rows Q

I have a Database query that returns more rows that the max for an Excel
worksheet. I have two ideas on how I can get around this without having to
filter by date on the query in order to fit this in to Excel

1) I could dump the query values into more than 2 worksheets - how would I
do that or

2) I could combine all Products (the query shows total sales by product, by
store, by date) that were sold within a store as one line/row - but how
would I do this within the query?
