Maximum number of recipients?

Is there a maximum number of recipients an email message
can be sent to using BCC? Is this documented anywhere?

The BCC field does have a limit as far as how many characters it can hold,
but usually your ISP will set a limit for recipients that you'll reach long
before you fill up the BCC field. Check with your ISP for their limit.
