Maximum number of pages printed

Can someone please tell me how to set the maximum number
of pages printed from each computer in a LAN? I am having
a problem controlling run-away print jobs. I know there
is a way that this can be done. As the administrator, I
basically want the users to only be able to print up to 15
pages for free each day. If they try to print more than
that, their print job will print, and they will have to
come to me. At this point, I want to be able to warn them
that they will have to pay for their printouts. If they
choose to, then I can resume their print job.

I have seen it done before, but I have no idea how to do
it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have not heard of any way to do what you are after
unless it is a third party solution.
