For internet mail with Outlook 2000, what is the maximum number of addresses
allowed in a personal distribution list? Is a group considered one address
or does each individual address in the group count toward the maximum number?

Hi Fredw
We have huge distribution lists at work and I don't know of any limits,
although i guess if your server can only handle so many emails to a group at
a time that would limit how many it will send out. I know our server can
only send 50 emails from a group at a time, and it stores the rest and sends
them out in blocks, but it will send as many as are in the list.

My wild guess is probably about 64K. A group is considered a single address
within Outlook, although it gets expanded at times.
