How to send to multiple distribution lists without shutting down

I'm trying to send an email newsletter which has 20 distribution lists of 25
emails each. How do I send them without my computer overloading/shutting down
the distribution? And is there a maximum number of email addresses per
distribution list on Outlook Office?

No but your mail server might be imposing a restriction, which you can't
change
