Maximizing Internet Window at startup.

I have many shortcuts that are used to open various sites.
Some are minimized at hibernation/shutdown. Since IE
remembers the window size when it was last closed it
usually starts in a small window. Is there a way that I
can force it to start maximized?
 
First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window
and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using File>Close,
or File>Exit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember
the last screen size used the next time you open the program.
 
Right-click on the shortcuts and click propertis. Then choose maximised in
the run drop-down-box
