Maximizing Internet explorer windows

I am tired of having to resize my interenet explorer windows. i would like
them to all start out maximized but i can seem to get it to work. can somone
please tell me what to do. I have tried opening a window. maximizing it and
then closeing it. the main screen works. but every one i open after that
will not. i have to resize them again. I hope there is something that can be
done. Im tired of resizing them. Please help.

Hi there Shawn,

I don't believe you can have Internet Explorer windows maximized by default
persay, but you can get them very close.

Open an Internet Explorer window. Just one. Move the window to the upper
left corner, and then resize the window so it stretches to the lower right.
Then close the window and open a new one. This should set the size.

Right click on your desktop and create a new shortcut. Use "C:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" as the target. After the icon is
created, right click on it again and select properties. Change "run"
from "Normal Window" to "Maximized".
