Maximize

How do i get my programs to open in the"maximize" view automatically. I am
using Vista Business
 
right click the folder/shortcut you wish to open, select properties, in the
Run option select maximized.
 
I have changed the properties to show "Maximize" but it still does not
maximize the program on opening.
