Maximize Window

When I open a new window it is always minimized, Is there a way to make them open maximized? Cheers

Try r-clicking the shortcut and choosing properties.On the Shortcut tab,
where it says Run, select how you want the program to open.

Yes, of course there is! Browse to the folder, which includes the application you want to open maximized. Click right at your application and click at “Create link†or something like that
Now click right at your created link and choose “Propertiesâ€. Now you can see “Normal window†or something like that. Click there and select “Maximizedâ€. Most Windows software will start maximized now

It isn't right! You had to create a link of the application before
