Occasionally, when I open Word, or a Word document from Explorer, although
the screen is maximized, the document does not fill the screen--the title bar
rests about 1/2 way up the screen. One cannot drag the window unless one
presses the Restore button. Pressing the Maximize button returns the
document to the original state.
I've not determined any particular environment in which this happens, and
discovered no solution, other than rebooting.
