Maximize on opening? Command line switches?

Does IE have any command line switches that I can use to force it to always
open up maximized?
 
No.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Yeah, I've use this trick before, as well as the Right
Click/Properties/Start Maximized for shortcuts. The problem is I have an
app that launches IE by name, so I was hoping to provide a switch after the
exe name to force it to maximize its window.
