16,384 and over 1 million rows.
If you are going to use that sort of data quantity you would be far
better off looking at a Database application....

Sheet size is 1 million rows by 16,000 columns.

That's 16 billion (American or New English) or 0.016 billion (Old English or
New European) cells.
