Hi and thanks for any help. I keep getting "error writing to c" and
I've ran Scandisk and it got a few bad sectors but I keep getting this
same error. So I ran Scandisk again and it showed the previous bad
sectors it found before but no new ones. I keep getting "error writing
to c". Is this a virus or maulware? thanks

It is not "malware".

Go to the hard disk manufacturer's web site and download their diagnostic software
respective to your hard disk. After the test, you will know if the hard disk is bad or
not..
