mate has installed a webacam..

both of us have working camera's but when I go to open a
webcam it comes up with 'my invitation cannot be sent as
they are using a version of msn that doens't support the
feature'
but we are both running 6.2 .. any ideas?
 
By chance is the other party using Windows 98 or such, if so, then that is
the problem, you will have to use "Webcam".
