Master Slide

I am trying to create a ppt that use one master to apply to all the slides.
This will allow me to change all the slides at one when the master slide
background, company name and logo change. Currently, I can apply all the
backgound all at once but the company name and logo is not apply it. My
question is how can i set this up and do it what i mentioned above?

In Normal mode, with any of the slides active, choose Format | Background.

Is the Omit background graphics from master option checked?

Have you placed the background, company name and logo on a master slide? Go
to View > Master > Slide Master. This is where everything needs to go...
