Master file that sorts data into sub tabs

I'm relatively new to excel and am only recenly learning of how powerful it
can be. This is probably a very basic question to most people. I have
accounts that I trade for as the master advisor. Each day I enter the trades
as I make them, into a master spreadsheet in order to track my daily P & L.
I have copied this master spreadsheet across 12 tabs that now have the same
basic layout. My goal is this: When I enter a number such as "100" into a
"Sell" column, that "100" is actually a sum of 12 different accounts. Some
represent 20, others 6, and so on. How can I link the tabs to the master
sheet (1) and then have each trade entered be automatically disbersed into
each tab(2)? Let me clear one thing up. I will only be entering 1 of 4 #'s
into a cell. That is our arrangement for equal allocation. It will either be
148, 74, 664, or 329. Each sub gets a percentage of that #. Sorry for the
lengthy question but I needed to be detailed.
Thanks

Unless there is some special need for the additional sheets, I would just use
the main database by itself, and Autofilter whenever I wanted to view subsets
of the data.......then wouldn't have to worry about any linking.
