master doc linking to other docs??

Hi All,

I have 4 documents with toc upto heading three. Each document is over 50
pages longI wish to create a master document that shows Toc of the other
documents and clicking on a title will take me to the appropriate title in
the relivent document.

How do I do this?? and what is the max size a word document can handle
before it starts experiencing problem??
