Mass Mailing - Mail Merge

I have recently used mail merge to send out company newsletters, but I now
want more functionality. Can you get add-ons for mail merge??

If not, does Anybody know of a good Mass mailing Program for Sending HTML
Newsletters to our Customers.
Program would need tracking facilities and unsubscribe options etc

All help is Much Appreciated
