margins

Why in Gods name will it not let me adjust margins? I have a user who
every time her prints our an email it chops off words on the left and
right side of the page. I figure it would be an easy fix, just change
the margins... but of course i was wrong. Every time i change the
default settings to what it needs to be, it changes them back. at the
top where the horizontal ruler is, if i try and drag the left margin
(where it goes from grey to white) where i want it to go, it snaps
right back to where it was to begin with! Why wont it stay? I am
seriously get absolutely upset to the point where im going to format
his whole computer to fix this problem!

I am completely baffled by your problem. How are you sending your email and
what format is it in?

What default settings are you changing in what application? At the moment, I
fail to see what this has to do with Word?
