Margin Printing Problems

Occasionally when downloading a document for printing, much of the right side
of the document is cut off & does not print. However, most of the time there
is no problem. How can I correct this? Thanks

It depends on what you really mean by "downloading a document". Please
describe better what you mean - are you talking about printing a
webpage from within your browser (and which one?) or about printing
from a document in MS Word?

Since you are apparently talking about printing from a webpage, see the
Page Setup under the File menu in Internet Explorer. You can change the
margins there.
