Maps in Outlook

Not sure what the issue was. It worked fine for a year or so with Outlook
2003. Our IT Dept applied a periodic maintenance update earlier this year
and the mapping capability went away. It wasn't always perfect, but when it
operated, it was a very helpful tool. Any chance of restoring the
functionality?

this was using the live maps addin? Microsoft pulled it from the market and
an update to the mapping service prevented it from properly mapping
addresses. If it is still installed you should uninstall it.
