I have the following configuration: a NT 4.0 server
included in the domain and a Win2000 professional as a
sever of a work group connected to my NT 4.0 server
throught a telefone line. At the moment where the win2000
professional connects to the NT, the NT gives it an IP.
If I want to connect the shared drive to a drive from the
NT I am becomming a message like access denided.
The connection form is as followes:
connect to drive M:
path \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (ip number)\d$ (shared drive).
Plase can somebody help me.
Many thanks.

Ensure you have the same current and other domain users accounts on W2k
computer.

I have the same user and I have also the same
configuration with another machine but this one is running
Windows NT workstation.
My problem is between the Windows NT server and the
Windows 2000 professional.

Ah, Magdalena, from your first post I've seen the problem between domain and
wkgrp. What is this, RAS on NT server? Do you have troubles in both
directions?
