is there any way to allow more than 10 seperate PCs map one drive off a
server in Windows XP pro? (I have 11 that I would like to map at one time.
Thanks.)

Dave,

You can have as many computers as you wish with mappings to the server. But if
you want more than 10 to access the share simultaneously, you'll have to replace
Windows XP with Server 2003 (or Server 2000, NT Server, or Windows 98 if you
really want to take a backwards step).

Many PC's can map to a share on an XP Pro machine, the caveat is only 10 can
"connect" at a time.
Yes, you can upgrade, no that's not an upgrade, you can buy and install
Win2k3 Server SE or SBS.
