Mapping Contact fields with Nokia Communicator

I have a mjaor problem in synchronising my Nokia Communicator 9210i contacts with outlook. There seems to be no means to map fields & as a result, if I create a note field or additional fields in my Phone contacts, I loose them in Outlook. please help!!!

I also have a problem with the wrong fields mapping to my
Nokia 6340i through Nokia's PC Suite. Is there any way to
map the fields using the PC Suite or Outlook?
