mapped drives

I mapped a drive on several xp pro computers...they work
fine..but when I turn of the computers and re start them
the mapped drives have a red X..I marked the drives to re
connect at logon but hey still won't connect when I turn
the computers on.....help

The drives are still mapped. Upon double clicking the drive letter or
trying to access it, it will, or should, automatically re-connect.
