Erik Hulbert

One of our salespeople is trying to e-mail a webpage and
he gets a NETSCA~1 box that says "eMail button is disabled
because of wrong version of MAPI32.dll has been
detected." We use Internet Explorer as our web browser
and I can't find a MAPI32.dll in any Outlook or web
folders. Please help!!!

Thanks
Erik

You may have WIndows Explorer configured to hide system files, thus hiding all .dlls. Try using Internet Explorer's Tools | Options | Program dialog to make sure Outlook is your default mail program.
