I use the Contacts address book in Word to add addresses
to labels and letters. When I open the address book icon
in Word, click on Personal, I get a "Mapi Spooler cannot
be started" message indicating the mapisp32.exe file is
missing. KB suggests replacing it from CD. Can't find it
on CD! Only way to fix it is to "repair" Office, then it
works only until prior to next boot. After boot, have to
go through the same process. KB suggests exclude
mapisp32.exe file from Anti-virus---doesn't help. What's
the problem?
