MAPI problems

Outlook 2003 has been running great for months. Now I get a "managed MAPI
service catastrophi failure"
"Could not initialize CLR. The parameter is incorrect"
What should I do?

The message "Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure" appears to come from
a wrong configuration from the Anti-Spam feature of Norton internet
