mapi 32.dll / mpr.dll

Could someone help me with one or both of these error message so that i may
link my address book in outlook to word documents?

outlook 2003 error message
"the procedure entry point wnetenum cached password(s) could not be located
in the dynamic link library mpr.dll"

Word 2003 error message
"could not load extended mapi library mapi32.dll"
